Some days, I just want to weep and cry and wail and just let myself go crazy for a while…

And I do because I need to.

Some days, I cannot be the pillar of strength for anyone any more…

And so I don’t because I need to just take care of me…

It is okay for you to take a break sometimes…

To just unleash the crazy inside of you…

To let you all hang out…

And maybe, it just needs to be more than sometimes…

Maybe, you should just be you at all times…

And take care of what you need all the time…

They told you it was selfish to care about you but how the heck are you to care for anyone else, if you are not caring for yourself as well?

Do you even know what you enjoy any longer?

When last did you really have FUN?

Where you let your hair down and just enjoyed being alive?

When last did you take a whole day just to be alone and reconnect with yourself?

When last did you not feel guilty about something?
