Is It Selfish To Love YourSelf?

I did not realise just how much I did not like myself until I hit bankruptcy and a 4 year period of depression…

I had hidden away from my self-dislike — It was not as strong as a self-loathing but it definitely was not self-love.

I thought that putting everyone else first was the key to a happy life.

But that is not true.

And lots of people have been brought up to put everyone else’s needs before their own…

And most people think this is the selfless way to live.

The thing is, most people go to the grave dissatisfied.

So, simply going the way of most people is NOT a winning plan!

I have worked with many clients who, on the one hand, want to go after all their dreams of building an income source online that replaces their current income. All so that they can create a life doing what they want with who they want, when they want.

And yet, when we start working together, they struggle to take first steps because they simply do not love or value themselves enough to believe that they are allowed to do it.

And so they keep putting other people’s agendas ahead of their own…
