Stop Expecting Bad Things To Happen
Have you ever gotten yourself into a pattern where for every good thing that happens, there seems to be a corresponding bad thing?
And it begins to feel like there is always something bad waiting to overtake you and so you cannot relax and enjoy the good things that have happened.
It is even more subtle but you also start blocking good things because you fear the bad that you unconsciously believe will inevitably follow along for the ride.
And so, then life feels lack-lustre.
You have created an average existence where nothing too good or bad happens and you are bored. And still a little scared of the bad.
YOU CREATED THIS.
YOU CAN CREATE SOMETHING DIFFERENT!
Start affirming this with me — the better life gets, the better life gets.
And wake up!
Become aware of what you really want again.
And notice the fear that rises within you. This fear is controlling you, surely you are done with that?!
Write out the fear on a piece of paper — What do you think will happen if good things come your way?
Be honest about what bubbles up within you.
