Stop Judging Yourself So Harshly

You have an internal measure of what you consider to be good or bad, what is worthy and what is not, what is acceptable or not.

And it can be very rigid.

Most of these definitions come from religion, from parents, from traditions and they set you up to judge yourself, sometimes unwisely, against impossible standards that then cause you to dislike and distrust yourself.

Are you aware of the continual self-flagellation going on in your mind?

Are you aware of how much you beat yourself up?

Do you realise that this separates you from the Divine as you continually choose not to love yourself? Some call this sin and I guess in some ways, sin is anything that causes separation from your Source but it is not for the reason you think.

It is not the behaviour that separates you.

It is your definition of what is right, wrong, good, bad and so you hold yourself apart when you tell yourself that you have done ‘wrong’ but according to what standard?

Are you aware of the fact that you have not even taken any time to question these standards?

Do you even want to live by them anymore?

Has your new understanding of life caused you to live to a different standard but you still judge yourself unconsciously by the old one and so you find yourself permanently in battle with yourself, feeling so alone and separated from love when you do not have to be.

PAY ATTENTION, love.

What are you saying to yourself, about yourself?

Redefine your standards or eliminate them altogether— They are based on old ideas that no longer suit you or even suit the planet.

Anywhere you see self-unlove and judgement is a place to question — Whatever mistakes you think you are making will never be sorted out in an internal environment of self-unlove and not in separation, either.

STOP WITH THE SELF-FLAGELLATION.

Start totally loving yourself.

Too much energy is going towards beating yourself up and considering yourself unworthy. There is no energy left for creation of the prosperous reality you desire.

AWAKEN, love.

LOVE YOURSELF TOTALLY!

1. Your vision is your permission.

2. You are capable of your calling.

3. You are much more powerful than you realise.

4. Yes you can get everything you want.

5. You are enough. You are worthy. You deserve the very best of everything.
