Stop With The Self-Flagellation
You have such high standards for yourself.

So high that you struggle to keep them.
.
And so when you inevitably fail at times, you beat up on yourself.
.
YOu know better so you bet up on yourself for beating up on yourself.
.
And so, it gets even worse.
.
And your emotions get more and more tangled and you feel heavier and heavier and then, nothing works to bring you up, except maybe to sleep and hope it will go away by the next day.
.
Honey, love yourself.
.
Not just on the days when you get it right.
.
On the bad days too.
.
Notice the feeling and then just whisper “I love me” repeatedly.
.
Catch yourself with the judgments. Stop them by replacing with “I love me”.
.
Do not judge the judgements, just repeat “I love me”.
.
You are worthy of your own affection.
.
Go on, look yourself in the eye and say it “I. LOVE. ME”.
.
Feel yourself loving on yourself.
.
I. LOVE. ME!
.
Have you noticed that when you are hating on yourself, you cannot feel any love from teh Divine either?
.
It is because you cut yourself off from love because you have decided in that moment that you are unworthy.
.
Doubble whammy!
.
And so not true.
.
Go on, “I love me”
.
It may feel like it is changing nothing but just keep saying it anyway.
.
I love me.
.
Choose to feel nothing but love and compassion and affection for yourself.
.
“I love me”
