The Caterpillar, The Seed, The Eaglet & You — To Have More, You Must Become More

Think on the caterpillar as it looks up at the butterfly…

It may want to fly and be so beautiful…

But in that moment, as the caterpillar, it cannot do that…

It cannot even believe that it is possible for it to ever be that…

And no matter how many times, some more knowledgeable messenger butterfly tells it that one day, it will be a butterfly…

There will be a sense of incredulousness until one day… it happens.

It dies to its old self and it wakes up a butterfly — full of wonder and glory and flying everywhere and it all seems so easy suddenly, now that is has become new.

The same with a seed…

A single solitary seed…

Completely devoid of life and if it had a brain, an imagination, it would never imagine that it could one day grow into a huge tree and be a source of life and maybe even a place for birds to build their nests and find shelter…

It falls into the ground, it dies to its old self and it wakes up something new, something different…

A baby bird, an eaglet… Same thing…
