Think Differently Today
You get stuck in thought patterns.

And you keep thinking the thoughts, even if they cause you pain.

Going over and over all the things this person said, that person did, what you SHOULD have said, how you SHOULD have acted.
.
Over and over and over again.
.
Each time, you feel the hurt and the pain and yet, you keep thinking the same thoughts.

OPT OUT OF THAT!
.
Just stop it.
.
I know you may say it is easier said than done and I would agree but you still gotta do it.
.
What do you think will happen?
.
They will go by themselves?
.
No, honey, they do not go. They just get replaced by some more painful thoughts and the old ones get buried to be brought up later to hurt you or to keep affecting you under the surface. Passively eating away at your energy. Passively keeping you away from teh desires of your heart. Passively causing sickness in your physical body. Passively aging you.

And you just think it is normal.

IT IS NOT!
.
You can choose to think differently.
.
It will take practise.
.
To begin with, it will feel hopeless but that is also part of the lie you are believing about your thougths.
.
The lie is that you are helpless to change what you dwell upon, that you have no choice in the matter, that it is outside of your control and it is just what it is.
.
This horrid thing happened to you and now you have to keep thinking about it.
.
All a lie.
.
You have choice.
.
In fact, you have ALL the choices.
.
Decide you are doomed forever to be sad an din pain or DECIDE that you are powerful enough to choose peace, joy, prosperity.
.
What do you CHOOSE?
.
If you choose the latter, then simply begin to notice and replace your thoughts.
.
Do it a million times a day, if necessary.
.
Let it become your most important work.
.
It is.
.
