Value Yourself. Take Time Out. Here’s Why…
Stop feeling guilty for needing a time out.
Stop throwing yourself back into situations that make you feel bad.
Stop ignoring the fact that you feel bad.
Stop passively telling yourself that everyone else has more value than you by acting as though your thoughts and feelings do not matter.
I know you are a good hearted person.
I know you are kind.
I know you love the Divine and want to be a beacon of love on the planet.
But the self-punishment must stop.
Take the time to heal and to understand yourself better.
Take the time to figure out why you keep allowing people to walk all over you.
Honey, that is not love.
You feel the resentment.
You feel the pain of seeking love where it cannot be found.
Dare to take the time out to love on yourself.
Dare to lean into the Divine, even when it feels like you are simply running away from issues. (NOT TRUE!)
Dare to heal.
You are so worth it.
You have been conditioned to believe you have to be at everyone’s beck and call, if you are a nice person but actually it is not true.
You can only love others when you truly love yourself.
Otherwise, it just becomes a need-based relationship where you are trying to get your needs met and they are trying to get their needs met and everyone is starved for affection because none of you have anything to give the other.
One person plays the part of weak needy victim.
The other plays the part of helpful saviour.
But it is all a role and behind it all, are 2 people desperately trying to be loved.
Your source of love is within.
Connect to the Divine, my love.
LEarn how to get your needs filled from within and then when you come out into the world, you are able to give from an overflow, rather than from empty.

HEAL.
Love on yourself.
It will be better for everyone.
And that prosperous life you desire, is more easily designed from a place of overflow, than when you are running on empty.
