Walk Away From Pain!
We are so addicted to pain and suffering and struggle.

I know you do not think you are but really, think about it. What would you do if your life was completely free of drama? BE honest with yourself. Do you think it is impossible and do you also, deep down, think that it would be boring?

It takes a lot of self-awareness to begin to see how we cause our own awesome selves pain but are you willing to go there?

To realise that it is not noble to keep trying to fix everything and everyone.
IT IS OKAY TO WALK AWAY, you know?!
But you see it as weakness to walk away or so you tell yourself while you harbour your addiction to drama.

YOu tell yourself that you have to sort it all out and sort everyone out.
.
You tell yourself that it is the ‘good’ thing to do.
.
You tell yourself that you cannot run away from every difficult situation. You forget to notice that you seem to allow lots of difficult situations to occur in your life but that has become so normal now that you just keep fixing, rescuing, judging and being in emotional pain.
.
And you make it okay to stay in pain.
.
But hey, you have labelled it ‘good’ and ‘nice’ and ‘strong’ and so you keep the addiction going.
.
WAKE UP!
.
You can just walk away.
.
You are not responsible for everyone.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN HAPPINESS.
And honey, you are giving all your energy to painful situations when you could be building an amazing life.

AWAKEN!
