You are expanding. The Old Must Die

You cannot take the past into the future.

Let it go.

You cannot take the sad stories into the prosperous future.

Let it go.

It may feel painful as you expand into the more that you desire.

And yet, that pain is simply a result of you being unwilling to let the old die.

Struggle is always optional.

Yes, there is work to be done to bring about the prosperous life you desire but it does not cause you pain.

It is the holding on, the emotional tension, the fear, the self-doubt that causes it all to feel like a struggle.

It is because you try to bring all of the old with you into the new and it is not possible and so, you have to die painfully to it all instead of seeing that you do not even want that stuff in your prosperous future so why the heck are you holding on so tightly to it?
