Honey, your self-talk can be quite terrible.

You put yourself down too much.

On the face of it, you have overcome lots of challenges and you are considered pretty strong by many.

But to yourself, you keep thinking of all the things you have yet to do.

YOu keep thinking that you should be further along and that there must be something wrong with you because you are not.

Honey, stop already.

You are so incredibly powerful but the voices in your head try to tell you otherwise.

These are voices of those who treated you badly and now, you have taken on those voices as your own.

You might even think that you can punish yourself into winning.

But surely you see that it is not working.

You are Loved, just as you are.
.
You are enough, just as you are.
.
You are worthy of the very best of everything.

You deserve it too.

Now, allow yourself to receive.
